SwitchWize is a financial comparison site, so accuracy is part of the product. If a rate, fee, claim, calculator assumption, or offer link looks wrong, we want to know.
Step 2
How we review
The editorial and data team checks the report against provider pages, public data, partner feeds, or the relevant legal/source material.
Step 3
What we change
Material errors are corrected on the page, stale offers can be removed from rankings, and high-risk financial claims are re-reviewed before republishing.
Response standard
We prioritize corrections that could affect a user’s financial decision: APR/APY, annual fees, eligibility, insurance status, taxes, legal deadlines, and offer availability. Minor copy issues are batched into editorial maintenance.
When a reported issue changes a ranking or recommendation, the affected page is refreshed and the underlying data source is rechecked before the item is promoted again.
