SwitchWize Pass-Through Tracker
Which banks cut savings rates first?
Every bank saw the same Fed decision on Sep 16, 2026. This tracker shows who passed a rate cut through to savers first, how fast, and by how much — updated as new rates are observed.

No bank has moved its savings APY since the reference date yet — banks typically lag a Fed decision by days, not hours. This board updates as new rate observations come in.

Methodology
“Rate at decision” is each bank’s most recently observed savings APY at or before the reference date. “Current rate” is the latest observed APY. “Days to cut” counts from the reference date to the first observation showing a lower rate than the decision-date baseline — it is not a same-day signal, since SwitchWize observes these rates roughly every 6 hours, not continuously.
A bank reading “Holding” has not lowered its rate below its decision-date baseline as of the latest observation — that can mean it has not moved yet, or that it chose not to pass a cut through at all.
